Privacy Policy
Moin is a local-first photo-card tool. This policy explains what is stored on your device, what happens when you save or share a card, and what technical information may be handled when you visit the site.

What Moin stores
Moin does not require an account. Your profile and current unfinished card are stored in this browser on this device so you can continue editing. The selected photo is kept locally for the current card.
What leaves your device
Moin does not upload your profile, photo, or card draft to its own servers. When you save a card, your browser downloads the image. When you share a card, your device's share sheet hands the image to the destination you choose.
Technical site requests
Moin uses Google Analytics 4 to count page visits and anonymous product events: starting a card, saving an image, and the result of sharing. Google may process the page address and title, referrer, browser and device category, language, screen size, and approximate location. Analytics storage is used for these anonymous measurements; advertising storage, Google Signals, and advertising personalization are disabled. Moin does not send your profile, contact details, photo, card text, or local draft to Google Analytics.
How to delete local data
Use the clear-intro action in the card editor to remove the saved profile and current card from this browser. You can also clear this site's browser storage. Your browser or operating system may keep downloaded images separately.
Saving and sharing
If you save or share a card, your browser or operating system hands the image to the destination you choose. That destination's own privacy policy then applies. Moin does not receive a copy of the image.
Policy changes
This policy may change when the product changes. The date above identifies the current version. The product will not add uploads, accounts, contact lists, cloud sync, advertising trackers, or user identification without changing the stated product scope and this policy.
