Moin is a small, local-first tool for making a photo card after meeting someone. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to remain responsible for the content you enter, save, and share.

The service
Moin provides a browser-based editor for creating and exporting a photo card. It has no account, public profile, contact list, message delivery, or cloud history. The available features may change as the product develops.
Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for the text, contact details, and photos you use. Only use content you have the right to use, and obtain any consent needed for people shown in a photo. Do not use Moin for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content.
Saving and sharing
You decide when to save or share a card and where it goes. Moin does not choose recipients or send messages for you. Check the image before sharing it, especially when it contains contact details or another person's photo.
Local storage limits
Moin stores the profile and current draft in browser storage on your device. Clearing site data, changing browsers, device failure, or browser privacy settings can remove that data. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Ownership
You keep your rights in the content you provide. Moin's software, name, design, and original materials belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied or misused outside applicable law.
Availability and responsibility
Moin is provided as a simple tool and may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent allowed by law, Moin is not responsible for loss caused by browser storage clearing, device failure, network failure, or a destination you choose to share with.

These terms may change when the product changes. The date shown on this page identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
